Rome's Bellamy Harbor Navigation Center is open for canal season
Rome's Navigation Center at Bellamy Harbor Park is open for the canal season, with restrooms and a shower stall for boaters. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; shower access outside those hours can be arranged by calling Parks and Recreation at (315) 339-7656.
