Italian-American restaurant on Black River Boulevard that is Rome's best-known name in chicken riggies: a four-time winner of Utica's RiggieFest, inducted into the event's Hall of Fame in 2008. Sources credit the dish's invention to Utica-area kitchens (the now-closed Chesterfield claims it), not to Teddy's, so its reputation rests on the riggies it serves, not an origin story.
