O'Scugnizzo Pizzeria (O'Scugnizzo's, Utica Pizza)

Founded in 1914 by Eugeno Burlino and still run by the Burline family, O'Scugnizzo is Utica's oldest pizzeria and among the oldest in the country, known for its upside-down style with sauce over the cheese. The shop's own history says it originally sold only tomato pie, and it now ships bake-at-home pizzas nationwide.
