Farm brewery on Trenton Road in Marcy, opened January 2016, with about twenty of its own beers on tap — brewmaster Keith Redhead leans toward German-style lagers and barrel-aged projects — plus a kitchen doing burgers, paninis, flatbreads, and its tot waffle. A second location opened in Boonville's historic Hulbert House.
